Smoky Israeli single malt, single cask whisky here from the folks at M&H Distillery. The peaty quality of this expression doesn't come from the barley, but the from the cask it was matured in, which previously contained smoky Islay whisky.

Really nice whisky, well described by the tasting notes. Hard to believe it’s under five years old--not that it’s complex, it just doesn’t taste young (to me). True, £75 is a lot, but then you’re getting an extra half a bottle thrown in given that it’s 67%!
