Michel Couvreur Cap a Pie is a French blend of malt and grain whisky, with a high proportion of the former, that also contains whisky matured in sherry casks. It was all married together and bottled at 45% ABV.
Dark chocolate, dried fruit, orange peel, and hazelnut.
Stewed plums and figs with earthy vanilla, coffee, and toffee apples.
Nutty and creamy.

The deep amber nose offers iodised almond, cooked fruits and florals. The lively, round palate bursts with vanilla, caramel, honey, spices, stewed plums, dark chocolate, coffee and nutty creaminess, finishing with persistent malty elegance of oak, toast and subtle sherry grip.
