Distilled in 2015, this French single malt whisky from Michel Couvreur spent nine years maturing in a host of Jura vin Jaune wine casks. The dry white wine has offered up plenty of fruity vinous grape and soft stone fruit character to accompany vibrant malt and roasted nuts at its core.
