Nose
Maple syrup and fluffy pancakes, popcorn drenched in melted butter, and pumpernickel bread drizzled with honey. Mellow oak char, chewy toffee, and a touch of earthy rye spice nestling in the depths.
Palate
Superbly soft and buttery, with silky caramel and vanilla to begin, then juicy layers of apricot. There's an enjoyable hint of rye in the mix, bringing sweet, woody spice alongside a touch of milk chocolate.
Finish
A touch of leather, charred oak, butterscotch, honeyed cereal, and vanilla biscuits, with a tickle of nutmeg and ginger warmth.
