Distilled in 2012 at Speyside's Mannochmore, this single malt was matured in a single first-fill Madeira wine barrel for the next nine years. Eventually, The Single Cask opened the barrel and bottled the whisky within, released 79 bottles at a cask strength of 55.1% ABV.
Peaches and honey, underripe mango, white pepper, and sweet malt.
Lemon curd, dark fudge, oily nuts, and stone fruit sweetness.
Candied orange, brown sugar, and more peppery spice.
