You don't see very many independent bottlings of Mannochmore single malt, as much of it ends up in blends. However, a few casks do manage to find their way to the hands of indie bottlers, resulting in bottlings like this! It's a 10 year old Mannochmore, distilled in April 2007, aged in a pair of hogshead and bottled in September 2017 by Signatory.
Lemongrass, menthol, cider apples, a hint of milky coffee.
Fizzy oak spices, burnt sugar, oily walnut.
Blueberry muffin, clove and orange oil.
