
A sherried Macduff single malt here, independently bottled up by those brill Douglas Laing folks. It was distilled in August 2007, and bottled up in August 2020 after a finishing period in a Pedro Ximénez sherry butt. 500 bottles were released as part of the Old Particular range.
Fruit cake and runny toffee, alongside spicy hint of cumin and cinnamon.
Maple syrup on pancakes with a few strawberries and blueberries, with a tangy hint of citrus underneath.
Mint chocolate and vanilla pod.
