
This single cask whisky from Macaloney's Distillery is made using Canadian barley and distilled in Forsyth's pot stills on Vancouver Island. The Invermallie range highlights single casks, and here, number 72 sees the Canadian single malt matured in a re-charred Portuguese red wine barrique, with an outturn of only 112 bottles. Expect bursts of red berry notes here, alongside some sweet, aniseed spice.
