A special bottling from the Springbank distillery made up of whiskies aged between 6 and 14 years, matured in sherry, port, bourbon and rum casks. This Longrow is a little like a CV for the brand, containing a range of differently aged whiskies.

Smoke, cut fennel, spearmint, grass. Peat, touch of the coast.
Spicy, peaty, hints of lemon zest, cutting lime, toffee, lots of oily smoke.
Long, peaty, spicy oak driven finish.

this is a great whisky... i asked the chap in the store what a nice alternative to caol isla would be and was very pleased by this. at first it has a real bite to it but when left in the glass it becomes better and better. highly reccomended.
