Bourbon
A Longmorn single malt Scotch whisky, distilled back in 2009 and matured in first-fill bourbon barrels for 13 years. After that slumber, this expression was bottled up in 2022 by independent bottler Càrn Mòr as part of the Strictly Limited series. As the name suggests, there are only a limited number of bottles available, and once they're gone, they're gone. Longmorn fans, make sure you snap one up.
Bounty Bars, honeycomb, and a smidge of orange peel.
Nice biscuits, buttery corn, dry oak, and a whisper of liquorice.
Apricot, lemon zest, and caramelised nuts.
