An 8 year old single malt whiskey from the Cooley distillery.
The nose is full and rich with notes of fruit and barley malt, plenty of oak and a little floral character. The palate is full-bodied with a minerality, notes of barley and cereal sweetness with mixed peels. The finish is full and based mainly on malt notes.

The smooth, sensual pleasure of Locke's is unmatched in my experience.
Good body, with a satisfying sweetness, but disappointingly metallic: not one I'll buy again
a very sweet and rich irish whisky, well worth a tipple or three
Oh yea 10/10
Without a doubt the smoothest Irish whiskey I have ever had-I was a Jameson man......but no longer!
