This is the second in the Single Grain Cooper’s Collection, a series of annual limited releases from Loch Lomond master blender, Michael Henry. This edition was distilled using 100% malted barley and then matured in American oak casks before it undergoes a finishing period in Spanish Oak casks to elevate the natural flavours in the single grain. Only 9,000 bottles were produced of this limited annual expression, which was bottled at 50% non-chill filtered and at natural colour.
Floral notes, ripe berries, and toasted oak.
Sweet spice character with creamy vanilla, honey, and clove spice.
A medium finish with warming oak and clove.
