The certified organic single malt was distilled in 2000 from predominantly unpeated barley, in a combo of Loch Lomond's unique straight-neck pot stills, and its more traditional swan-neck stills. Following a 22-year maturation in organic American oak casks, it's the perfect way to commemorate the 151st Open Championship at Royal Liverpool.
