Inchmurrin 22 Year Old 1993 (cask 2851) - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory)
An indie Inchmurrin single malt Scotch whisky, aged in a single cask for 22 years. It was distilled by Loch Lomond back in May 1993, who place the whisky into a hogshead cask and set it aside to age. In March 2016, Signatory opened the cask and bottled it for their Cask Strength Collection. 218 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Brandy snaps, candied orange segments and cashews.
Palate
Still buttery with cashew notes. Orange becomes lighter, almost lemon-like. Malty.
Finish
A little whiff of spice on the finish.
