High Commissioner is a blend of various malt and grain whiskies. It's actually not that bad, with a pretty decent balance of flavour.

For a blended scotch it is quiet a Tastefull whiskey and has a nice kick on the pallat, It's the first time I have tried it and I will surtenly buy it again
A great Whisky t0 be enjoyed when the more expensive single malt is not right for the occasion! Light, with a nice smooth and clean afternote finish. A great Dram at a good price!
