A lovely indie bottling from Fable, this single malt was distilled at Linkwood in January 2014 and matured in a single cask for seven years. In July 2021, the folks at Fable decided it was time for this whisky to tell its story, and thus, they cracked open the cask to release it upon the world!
Currant buns, wood shavings, a dash of cinnamon, and floral honey.
Toasted almonds, caramelised pecans, oaken vanilla, grassy malt, and cooked orchard fruit.
Mixed spices, nutty malt, toffee apples, crushed peppercorns.
