Single Malt
Linkwood single malt, matured in a single cask for 22 years. It was distilled in May 1995 and left to slumber in a hogshead until March 2018, when it was bottled at 43% ABV by Signatory.
Honeyed cereal, peppery malt and a whiff of fudge.
Toasted granary bread with sharp marmalade, continued brown sugar sweetness.
Buttery, with a very very slight hint of oak-y smoke.
