15 year old single malt distilled by Linkwood and independently bottled by Hunter Laing for the Old Malt Cask collection. It was matured from 2006 to 2022 in a single bourbon barrel, and was eventually bottled at 50% ABV with an outturn of only 306 bottles.
Cooked berries and floral barley, with a hint of pine along the way.
Milk chocolate and apple chips, with some of those pink wafer biscuits too.
Softly spicy, though touches of brown sugar persist.
