Joining the Un-Chillfiltered Collection from indie bottler Signatory comes this lovely Linkwood single malt Scotch. Distilled in 2008, it was matured in four ex-bourbon barrels for 13 years, until it was bottled up in early May 2022, without any chill-filtration.
Caramelised nuts, toffee oak, and dried fruit wrapped up in vanilla and honey notes.
Hot cross buns, floral barley, and pear drops, with hints of Digestive biscuits too.
Orchard fruits and peppery spice.
