This right here is the fifth batch from independent bottler Adelphi's Laudale range, which is home to a host of rather well-sherried single malts. This particular edition is a 12 year old expression from Linkwood, which has been bottled up at 46% ABV. 1060 bottles of this chocolatey, fruity, syrupy dram were produced.
Golden syrup, floral barley with a whiff of violet, dried fruit.
Brown sugar, cocoa, green apples, spring meadows, and crushed peppercorns.
Chocolate cake with a dusting of icing sugar.
