
This single malt was distilled at Linkwood in 2008 and filled into a single cask for maturation, followed by a finishing period in a Bordeaux wine barrique. After a total of 12 years, the whisky was bottled up in 2021 by independent bottler DS Tayman, with a total of 358 bottles produced.
Baked apples, buttery pastry, baking spice, and soft malt.
Toasted oak, rich red fruits, a tangy note of raspberry, and mixed nuts.
A touch of floral honey sits beneath warming pepper, nutmeg, roasted nuts, and lingering oaken spice.
