This single malt from Linkwood was distilled in 2012 and matured for 11 years, including a finish in a pair of first fill oloroso sherry butts. The casks were opened by Signatory in 2024, independently bottling the whisky without added colour or chill filtration for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Sweet poached plums and juicy sultanas, runny toffee, apple cake, and a touch of mint chocolate beneath.
Cinnamon snaps join floral berries, biscuity malt, and milk chocolate, with caramel and candied orange peel in tow.
Bitter marmalade is balanced by sweet baking spice and toffee, alongside toasted oak and a touch of peppery heat.
