From the Linkwood Distillery comes an 11 year old single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. as part of The Cooper's Choice range. It was distilled back in 2010, and first aged in American oak before being moved over to a Muscat wine cask for a finishing period, and then bottled in 2022. 348 bottles were produced.
Lemon, nectarine, cut grass, and honeycomb.
More ripe orchard fruit, with a touch of nettle tea, followed by singed spices.
Loads of vanilla and apple on the finish.
