
A 2007 vintage Linkwood, which has seen 11 years of maturation, the final 11 months of which were spent in a first-fill Amontillado sherry hogshead made of European oak. It was then bottled by James Eadie, at a cask strength of 54.9% ABV and with an outturn of 321 bottles.
Dried berries, orange peel, malted cereal and chocolate chips.
Freshly baked vanilla sponge cake, toasted almonds, chocolate covered raisins and lemon peel.
Lemon curd and a drizzle of honey.
