Joining the Un-Chilfiltered Collection from independent bottler Signatory, a 10-year-old single malt from Speyside's Linkwood distillery. The whisky matured in a pair of first-fill oloroso sherry butts between 2012 and 2023 before being bottled without added colour or chill filtration.
Soft, cooked stone fruits, buttery shortbread, runny caramel, and peppery oak.
Forest fruits, chocolate gateaux, sweet, tangy marmalade, and nutty malt.
Bittersweet citrus and earthy oak join toasted spices.
