A 26 year old Linkwood distilled on the 22nd October 1985 and aged in hogshead 3890 before bottling by Signatory on the 10th January 2012. A release of 205 numbered bottles.
Chocolate, date and walnut loaf, boot polish, a hint of very soft peat, cut hay and coffee. A touch of orange liqueur.
Star anise, cinnamon and dates. Dried figs, tobacco, nutmeg and malt.
Long and warming, with notes of tobacco and pear drop.
