‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
Well-grilled bananas, sticking plasters, toasted barrel staves, sea salt and a little bit of diced fig.
Heavy on the medicinal peat at first, before notes of sugared almond and juicy white fruit. Slowly develops a herbaceous spice with cardamom and nutmeg.
Salt & pepper kettle chips and salted caramel. Long lasting smoke notes remain.
