Blended
Scotland
Label 5
Label 5 Classic Black, is a very well known (particularly in France) blended Scotch whisky, made with a hearty helping of fruity Speyside malts at its core. A great value blend.
Rather sweet with vanilla and sticky toffee pudding. Hints of ginger and cinnamon.
Apples, pears and a subtle grassy note or two. A little citrus and caramel.
A clean finish with lemon zest and brown sugar.

Got one bottle from the inlaws. Thought it would at least clean the insects from the windscreen of the car. But one really have to have a taste, right ? And this is really not bad at all. It's a very smooth and clean one, which can go for sipping or - as i have chosen - into coffee and chocolate drinks with plunges of whipped cream. Reason for that is - when I want spey, I turn to BenRiach, GlenLivet and Balvinie. Those however, I'd never use as drink fillers. But this one I can and will and I won't be robbed blind. And if I should forget to add coffee and cream, it won't hurt either. Handy Little thing.
If there's 1 cheap whisky u don't want it's this one. Absolutely horrible flavor and the smell is horrible as well, almost smells chemical
Goes so very well in the coffee and top with cream. Scotch coffee
Love the aroma! Also the taste!
A bit to sharp, if it's not 'on the rocks', in my opinion.
