A four grain spirit (made with organic oats, barley, rye and wheat) aged in charred oak barrels from Minnesota for around two years.
A nice balance between rounded creaminess and spice with notes of corn, red fruit and banana and allspice.
Amazing. I have never had anything quite like this. Creamy oats, spicy and boozy dried fruit all at the same time.
