Single malt Scotch whisky from the Knockando distillery in the prolific Speyside region, aged for a dozen years before being bottled. Interestingly, they seem to have done away with including the vintage for this bottling...
Banana chips, honey'd barley and a few fleeting floral flourishes.
Cadbury Fingers, brown bread with butter, sultanas and honeydew melon.
A slow build-up of cinnamon and black pepper.

Always enjoyed this whisky. Hence this is my 4-5 bottle . Cracking wee dram.?
Knockando is one of my favourite whiskeys its very smooth.
Knockando is a very easy, smooth and drinkable malt whisky. It has been a regular over the years. Perhaps I marginally prefer Dalwhinnie and Blair Athol for smooth and easy drinking, but it's always enjoyable.
