A bottled-in-bond bourbon from Kings County Distillery in New York. The straight bourbon whiskey has been distilled, matured, and bottled entirely at Kings County Distillery from a single distilling season (this one's from autumn 2015), with the whiskey maturing for over six years. Full flavoured stuff this, with sticky sweetness and balanced spice.
Fresh baked cookies, with dark caramel, woody spices, and toasted oak.
Maple syrup, with some red berry notes, cinnamon spice, and more oak character.
Winter spices and earthy vanilla.
