A smartly packaged and incredibly rare single cask whisky from Signatory. The Kinclaith distillery was closed in 1975, and its whisky is highly sought-after. This was aged for 35 years in hogshead 301446, before bottling on the 5th April 2005. A release of 219 individually numbered decanter bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Tropical and very fruity on the nose, with notes of guava, watermelon, coconut and green apple peels. Refreshers sweets and deep, dark malt. A touch of aniseed too, and pipe tobacco.

Palate

Dried orange peel, oak, buttery dessert wine, bitter peels, red wine vinegar, toffee apple sweetness and vanilla.

Finish

Good length, sawdust, charcoal and caramel.
