Description
Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2025, this 16-year-old Jura was finished in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt and released at cask strength (54.4% ABV) as part of the Cask Strength Collection. With no colouring or chill-filtration, it’s Jura raw and refined.

Nose
Sea spray and singed raisins, toasted pine nuts, burnt caramel, and baked apples with a herbal edge.
Palate
Salty and sweet—sherry-forward but still coastal, with notes of smoked dates, treacle toffee, liquorice root, and nutmeg.
Finish
Charred oak, cocoa, and a maritime dryness that keeps things grounded.
