This 12-year-old single malt from Jura joins the Old Particular collection from Douglas Laing. Distilled in 2011, the whisky matured in a single refill barrel until 2023. A release of 236 bottles.
Sawdust, crème caramel, crumbly fudge, and toasted oak.
Waves of runny toffee, melted butter, and soft, biscuity spice, with vibrant barely and candied orange in tow.
Golden syrup sweetness lingers alongside rich malt, oaken spice, and fruity tang.
