This is the result of taking 90 proof Jim Beam Bourbon and extracting spirit absorbed into the wood of the barrels itself and blending them together. The result is a punchy oak-fest of a Bourbon, surely the drink of the devil himself?

The American oak vanilla remains powerful with a rich woodiness joining it.
Yep still oaky, the finish is reasonably long with a pinch of spice scattered on top of that persistent vanilla flavour.

Strong oaky taste that lasts well into the finish, enjoyable and different from the other products in the beam range. shared it with friends and went down well, makes a decent old fashioned with the help of its higher strength (unless rye is you choice). At this price, enjoyable and distinct taste, well worth a try.
This bourbon is terrible. Only good for mixing with coke or soda. I'd drink it but its definitely low quality and not worth the price here.
Tastes good not to woody but strong, its the lonnng after taste that reminds me of charred wood from a bonfire, that smell is the after taste. good variation on the normal black by jim B
basically a woody version of the jim black 6 year old style taste. bought a sample and im back now to buy a bottle.
A decent bourbon but too much oak for my taste. The description above is spot on. This is a very oaky bourbon. I would recommend Jim Beam Black if you like the Jim Beam style minus the hearty helping of oak.
