This bottle of Jim Beam Black comes alongside a rather handsome pair of tumblers, which just so happen to make great vessels for enjoying bourbon from. The whiskey itself spends longer in its casks, to achieve greater depths of flavour and complexity. Full bodied and with plenty of character, this is good to sip on and will bring plenty of warming oaky character to a cocktail!

Oak and charcoal, with wafts of apples, straw, and white pepper.
Palate
Fleeting caramel sweetness and smooth vanilla meet powerful oak and char, with suggestions of cinnamon and allspice bringing some prickly spice.
Finish
Warming, bold oak character with peppery spice on the finish.
