Jim Beam bourbon undergoes distillation at lower temperatures and is distilled to no more than 62.5%, the White label is aged for four years and has quite a high percentage of rye in the mashbill.
Quite sweet with gentle notes of vanilla and cut hay, a touch of fresh corn fields and a little cereal sweetness, like the bluegrass fields of Kentucky.
Good body with notes of toasty oak and all the requisite notes of vanilla and crème anglaise, a little spice and pepper with an acetone note.
Toasty oak and resin with a some sweetness.

I bought a bottle but it has a white cap but never mind that. I’ve had another brand that was okay but when I tasted the one I bought today I couldn’t believe how smooth it is and with no nasty bite. I think I have found my drink of choice from now on. I’m not a drinker but now and again I just fancy a tipple at bedtime. I will sleep soundly tonight. Thanks very much for this experience and thanks for the beautiful young lady who advertises Jim Beam over here in Wales ???????.
Dreck. Abysmal dreck. For a few dollars more, inexpensive Jack Daniels is always solid.
I'm a whiskey collecter and have almost 200 bottles in my bar. I swear by Jim Beam. They do Bookers, Bakers and Knob creek. It might not be Bookers but certain flavours are still there. For under £20 you cannot find. Better Bourbon.
Bought a bottle from Tesco - tasted horrible .. think I got a bad bottle worst drink I've ever had.. will try again in future
The taste and finish do not live up to the aroma. The taste is weak and comes off to me as room temperature piss. Add some ice, however, and it transforms into something drinkable. Drink this on the rocks or mixed.
