Jim Beam bourbon undergoes distillation at lower temperatures and is distilled to no more than 62.5%, the White label is aged for four years and has quite a high percentage of rye in the mashbill.
Quite sweet with gentle notes of vanilla and cut hay, a touch of fresh corn fields and a little cereal sweetness, like the bluegrass fields of Kentucky.
Good body with notes of toasty oak and all the requisite notes of vanilla and crème anglaise, a little spice and pepper with an acetone note.
Toasty oak and resin with a some sweetness.

Quite tasty.
My favourite whiskey ever and i have tried them all and keep coming back to white label nectar of the gods for my daily pour .
Everyone on here crying about Jim Beam being terrible are snobs that are overlooking the fact that this is a low cost, introductory level bourbon. It’s purpose is to serve as a starting point for those who have never tried bourbon, as it is very mellow in all aspects. It will mix well in any cocktail for this same reason. Those of you complaining need to get off your high horse; obviously there are much better options, But for what it’s worth, it does the job. This is the bourbon that you buy as a round of shots at the bar, not what I’m going to pour neat and sip on at home. Hank Jr. sang about Jim Beam in many of his songs, and if that doesn’t count for something I’ll be damned. Overall a fantastic cheap bourbon.
Unappealing, mediocre taste, no aftertaste whatsoever. The price is low, but that is the only advantage. There are so many good bourbons, buy one of these!
My first review on this site. Cheap is the word that comes to my mind when I drink it. Has bourbon flavour. Drunken neat, it is weak.
