Jim Beam bourbon undergoes distillation at lower temperatures and is distilled to no more than 62.5%, the White label is aged for four years and has quite a high percentage of rye in the mashbill.
Quite sweet with gentle notes of vanilla and cut hay, a touch of fresh corn fields and a little cereal sweetness, like the bluegrass fields of Kentucky.
Good body with notes of toasty oak and all the requisite notes of vanilla and crème anglaise, a little spice and pepper with an acetone note.
Toasty oak and resin with a some sweetness.

Very solid entry level Bourbon. Well priced. Great for an everyday drinker to stop me finishing my higher end bottles too fast!! Sweet on both the nose and palate, peppery spice and wood on the finish.

I’ve drunk more expensive and I’ll drink them again. I’ll also drink Jim Beam White Label again. I’ve got a 1 litre bottle at the mo and it’s doing the job! Neat. ????
I tried this once and I would not recommend this drink, It was just like drinking diluted rubbing alcohol, this would probably be better for mixing.
