The third entry of the Jack Daniel's Master Distiller series - this one honours Lemuel "Lem" Tolley, who was the third Master Distiller, following on from Jess Motlow. Lem held the position for over 20 years, from 1941 to 1964.
This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Quite light and smooth with plenty of sweetness. Hints of dry spice and oily nuts, a touch of smoke.
Smooth and soft with notes of banana milkshake, a mixed nut note, a touch of caramel with crème anglaise.
A little cereal sweetness and toasty oak.
Excellent bottle. Well done lem
I think is better than no. 7 but very hard to find un México.
It’s fantastic!
Fantastically Smooth, Easy to drink, rolls nicely over the pellet. A Great drop
Nice; runs a little further than the usual Jack.
