Jack Daniel's
Jack Daniel's Gentleman Jack is a smooth and sophisticated whiskey, perfect for enjoying neat or on the rocks. It has a distinctively rich flavour with notes of vanilla and spice.
Gentleman Jack is a premium version of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey. The main difference is that it enjoys a 'double mellowing' as it's filtered through charcoal before being filled into the barrel (the Lincoln County Process) and once again before it's bottled.
Gentleman Jack is undoubtedly good enough to enjoy on its own. In his book Whisky: The Manual, Dave Broom also suggests that Gentleman Jack actually works better than the regular Jack Daniel's Old No.7 in a Jack and Coke.
In addition to its smooth flavour profile, Gentleman Jack is also known for its distinctive and elegant packaging. The brand's signature bottle is designed to look like a flask and is decorated with elegant, hand-written labelling that pays homage to the brand's heritage and tradition.
*UK (excluding Channel Islands) and retail only. Offer from 30 05 2025, while stock lasts.
Spicy nose with caramel, charred oak and a little aniseed.
Liquorice-led palate with oak and cinnamon, a touch of banana too.
Roasty and toasty finish, plenty of spice and citrus too.

It tastes like bubble gum and sweet. Now JD is off my list forever. Paid too much price for this softy cola.
This is a bourbon for single malt drinkers , as a person who generally dislikes bourbon and JD for that matter I actually saw this at the market the other day and wanted to give it a try ,surprisingly I actually found it to be not that bad . Of course it’ll never be able to compare with glenmorangie which is a completely different taste and feel in the mouth but not bad
Pish. Tastes of charcoal. No depth of flavour. Give me a good Bourbon any day. Buffalo Trace or Makers Mark bourbon are both cheaper yet more rounded and complex. Woodford is around the same price and although not my favourite is far superior. Why would you bother with this? Beats me. I give it 2 stars as there is actually worse out there, it's called No.7
I like Jack Daniels and I like Scotch Whiskey, but what I like most of all, is simple whiskey that doesn't destroy my mouth with thousands of flavors. Smooth and Steady, with a simple profile, with or without a cigar, for lunch or a cold day/night. As much as I enjoy Jack Daniels No.7, I love Gentleman Jack the most! Its simple, yest really good, giving me some Tennessee, and some Whiskey all in one.
Wonderful whiskey, mellow, complex. I enjoy it best in a highball to enjoy the complexity of flavours. But wonderful neat, on the rocks or even a Jack and coke. Versatile whiskey for anyone, sure to please.
