Indie Inchgower, drawn from a single refill hogshead by the wonderful Douglas Laing. This whisky was set aside to age back in August 1997, and awoken from its slumber in October 2018 after 21 years. A release of 255 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

White grape and crunchy pear, backed up by forest floor and a hint of grist.

Palate

Vanilla pod, sponge cake, apricot jam, honey and cardamom seed heat.

Finish

More runny honey and golden syrup notes.
