Adding to Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered range of limited edition bottlings is this 14 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside distillers, Inchgower. Distilled in February 2008 to the sound of Duffy's 'Mercy' topping the charts, the whisky was matured in hogsheads until April 2022, when it was bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and full of flavour.
Classic floral Speyside notes of green apples and honey, a touch of nuttiness.
Lively flavours of vanilla poached pears and light, toasty oak.
Spicy and herbal, with a smooth vanilla backbone.
