This superb single malt from Inchgower joins the Cask Strength Collection from indie bottler Signatory. Distilled in 2011, the whisky enjoyed a 13-year stay in a rare first-fill Marsala hogshead, bringing rich, vinous sweetness and complexity to the nutty, biscuity malt at its core. A release of 309 cask strength bottles.
Sticky dates, almond tart, red berries and soft brown sugar.
Hazelnuts and baked apples, layered with cinnamon, dark caramel and fig jam.
Warming and spiced, with notes of toasted oak and sweet vermouth.
