Joining the Un-Chillfiltered Collection from indie bottler Signatory comes this impressive Inchgower single malt Scotch! Distilled in 2008, it was matured in a pair of hogshead casks for 13 years, until it was bottled up in early January 2022, without any chill-filtration.
Fresh butter pastries, honey, orchard blossom, a smidge of green oak.
Pear tart, syrupy fruit, and creamy vanilla with roasted pistachios and hints of drying herbs beneath.
Spicy barley with hints of pepper and caraway, softer butterscotch and vanilla sponge cake keep things sweet.
