Indie Inchgower single malt, distilled in November 2008 and filled into a single first-fill Pedro Ximénez quarter cask – smaller than your average cask (approximately a quarter of a butt), meaning it imparts loads of flavour. It was bottled up by The Single Cask at 13 years old, with just 143 bottles released.
Brown sugar, fruit scones, buttery oak, and cut grass.
Homemade jam, sultana, oily malt, and dulche de leche.
Nutmeg and treacle.
