From the Speyside based Inchgower Distillery comes this 11 year old single malt, distilled in 2011, matured in American oak, and finished in a Marsala wine cask! This was independently bottled in 2021 by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for The Cooper's Choice collection, with 306 bottles drawn from this single cask.
Spiced apple tart, green oak, floral heather, and honey.
Fresh pears, apple turnover, mellow orchard blossom and pressed grapes with a balance of spicy clove and dried herb spice.
Burnt caramel, crisp oak, and peppered fruit salad.
