Finglassie peated whisky is produced at the InchDairnie Distillery. This particular single malt Scotch whisky was distilled in 2017 and aged for seven years, including a 12-month finish in a European oak refill oloroso quarter cask (cask 374468), a smaller cask that provides an intense burst of flavour. It was bottled up by James Eadie at a cask strength of 57.7% ABV, with only 125 bottles available.

Peat smoke, lemon & lime peels on the nose. Dates, figs & juicy raisins bubble on the palate. Peat intensifies along the finish & the fruit returns, lingering, warm.
