Scarabus Cigar Malt
This addition to Hunter Laing's Scarabus collection was created specifically to complement the experience of a fine cigar, so make sure your humidor is in good working order! Hailing from an undisclosed Islay distillery, this whisky matured in a combo of sherry and fortified wine casks for a profile layered with peat smoke, leather, and sweet, woody spice.

Nose
Coastal tar and peat smoke join layers of dried seaweed, with vanilla honey and warming baking spices in tow.
Palate
Sweet peat smoke opens the way for peppery warmth and syrupy sweetness, with baked apple, tobacco leaf, and leathery oak.
Finish
Drying ash, a touch of capsicum, sweet, smoked honey, and oaken vanilla.
