How well do you know your Orkney-based distilleries? You can have fun guessing which one this single malt came from – independently bottled for Hunter Laing's Old Malt Cask collection! Distilled in May 2006, the whisky was filled into a single refill hogshead, where it slumbered soundly for 14 years. In 2021, the cask was opened, releasing a total outturn of 177 bottles.
Butterscotch, zesty peels, and floral fruit, with sweet blossom honey and wood shavings.
